This chocolate mousse is one of the richest and tastiest I've ever tasted...and it's the simplest. It takes literally less than 10 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
200gm block Cadbury Dairy Milk
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2tsp vanilla extract
Pop the coconut cream and chocolate into the microwave for 1 minute, then whisk it until everything's melted and smooth.
Add the sugar, cocoa and vanilla and whisk it all together.
The whiz the flesh of the avocados in the food processor until it's completely smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture to the avocado puree and whiz it some more until it's all smooth, well blended and glossy looking.
THAT'S IT. Chill in the fridge until it's cold, and you're good to go!
The best part...is that my kids didn't believe me when I told them what was in it!
